On November first at 7:00 at the Central Library Grahame Russell, director of “Rights Action” will be speaking about the impact that mines run by Canadian companies are having in Central America.

Local 410, CUPE, our CUPE Vancouver Island District Council and the Victoria Chapter of the Council of Canadians are all sponsoring this important meeting and we hope that Library workers will take the time to learn about this important matter.
