Lockout!

We learned today that CUPE Local 410 workers will be locked out by our employer, the Greater Victoria Public Library Board.  The Greater Victoria Labour Relations Association met this morning and voted in favour of the lockout, which will begin Sunday February 17 or possibly Monday the eighteenth.
