Grand Forks library workers ready for talks.

March 11, 2009 07:42 PM GRAND FORKS—The CUPE 2254 bargaining committee is scheduled to meet with the Grand Forks Library Board tomorrow for a two-day session with provincial mediator Mark Atkinson.

Dates set for Grand Forks library bargaining.

GRAND FORKS – The library board has finally agreed to meet with locked out CUPE 2254 members in Grand Forks at the bargaining table. The board locked out the five library workers on January 20 before any negotiations had taken place.
